Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan-made freestyle video generator. Upload one photo to create a short vertical clip with a fixed motion template and original freestyle sound. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Bulin 47 AI is not affiliated with Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

• Upload photos you do not have permission to use (including likenesses of others without consent).

Video credits are purchased one-time in advance (no subscription). You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Failed generations usually return the credit automatically; other refunds follow our refund policy case by case.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
